SRA completed the design of a new 61,500 square foot building for Pioneer Bank located on Albany Shaker Road, in Colonie, New York. Completed in the fall of 2016, the new building will be the corporate headquarters for Pioneer Bank on floors two through four, and include a bank branch on the first floor.
In addition, SRA was responsible for the building design and shell along with assisting the owner with the development and fitout of the two additional tenant spaces.
