Syvertsen Rigosu Architecture, PLLC completed the design of a new 7,200 square foot new building for “Fred The Butcher” located on Route 9, in Halfmoon, New York. The new building allowed for an expansion of his existing business along with the new offering of serving breakfast and lunch.
SRA was responsible for the building design along with assisting Fred The Butcher with planning the new kitchen, meat processing areas, cold and frozen storage, product storage, and the overall store portion of his operation.
