SYVERTSEN RIGOSU Architects, PLLC was part of a Design-Build team for the new Capitaland Subaru dealership in Glenville, NY. The new 15,740 SF dealership was designed to meet Subaru’s highest facility branding standards.  The showroom is surrounded by three walls of glazing for natural illumination of the showroom vehicles as well as providing a terrific working environment for the dealership staff. The showroom fireplace and lounge provides a comfortable home-like space for the potential car buyer.   The service area and car wash both employ state of the art technology for auto repair and cleaning. By working with a pre-engineered building supplier, SRA was able to reduce construction cost while accelerating the schedule.
